REGISTRATION FORM AND DATA STORAGE

After the registration:

1. Verification Process

The Platform reserves the right to verify the authenticity of documents provided by Buyers and Sellers.
Registration may be denied or suspended if the information is false, incomplete, or inconsistent.
Additional documents may be requested to ensure compliance with Buyers and Sellers regulations and prevent fraud.

2. Account Approval

Buyer accounts are generally approved automatically once registration is complete.
Seller accounts may require manual approval after document review by the Platform’s compliance team.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms of Use.

3. Purchase Data (Orders)
For each purchase made through the Platform, the following data will be collected and stored:

Order Identification

o Order Number
o Date and Time of Purchase
o Order Status (Pending, Paid, Shipped, Delivered, Returned, Cancelled)

Product Information

o Product Name and Description
o Wine Type and Vintage
o Quantity
o Unit Price and Total Price

Payment Information

o Payment Method Used

Shipping Information

o Shipping Method and Tracking Code
o Freight Cost

4. Data Storage and Security

Purchase data will be stored in the Platform’s database for a minimum of 5 years, in compliance with Buyers and Sellers Jurisdiction.
Data will be protected by encryption and access control systems.
Only authorized Platform staff may access purchase data, and solely for operational or legal purposes.

5. Data Sharing

Purchase data may be shared with:

o Payment processors (for payment authorization and settlement).
o Logistics providers (for order delivery and tracking).
o Government authorities (upon lawful request).

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing without prior consent.
