CHAMPAGNE

No other wine region is as synonymous with celebration as Champagne, located in the north-east of France. Exclusively dedicated to the production of sparkling wines by the traditional method (or *méthode champenoise*), only wines from this region can bear the name Champagne. The cool climate and unique limestone soils (chalk) are crucial to the high acidity and finesse of the main grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

The meticulous process behind each bottle—from hand-harvesting the grapes to the secondary fermentation in the bottle—reflects the region’s centuries-old dedication to excellence. Aging on the lees imparts complexity, giving Champagne its signature notes of brioche, almond, and citrus. Whether enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with refined cuisine, Champagne continues to embody sophistication, craftsmanship, and timeless celebration.
