TASTING NOTES:
A ripe and mildly exotic but attractively fresh nose offers up notes of pear and apple compote that are trimmed in nuances of iodine, quinine and oyster shell. The rich, vibrant and delicious medium weight flavors exude a lovely salinity which together with the evident citrus influence add lift to the clean and moderately dry finale.​
